Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days, as items undergo quality inspection before shipping.

Shipping destinations
We ship to most countries, including the EU, UK, US, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Remote areas, islands, and certain regions may be unavailable or subject to delays and surcharges.

Delivery times
Shipping usually takes 6-10 days once the order has been processed. Please note that delivery times vary by destination. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If tracking shows no update for more than 15 days, the package is considered lost and eligible for refund or re-delivery.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We aren't responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, and such orders aren't eligible for refund.

Customs & duties
